West Palm Beach Food Tour

Fancy Farms Lakeland
This gorgeous family owned strawberry farm in Lakeland has started a new venture, and its thier prettiest one yet. This year, for the first time ever they have opened a wildflower farm. You can stop by the barn and shop for fresh fruits and veggies, you pick some gorgeous sunflowers and zinnias and pose for photos in the fields.

Tampa Museum of Art
The Tampa Museum of art is a small but lovely art museum filled with classic and modern pieces. Its worth a small bit of your time while you're visiting downtown Tampa. During the summer months active duty military can recieve FREE admission through the Blue Star Museums Program.

MOSI Tampa
MOSI is short for the "Museum of Science and Industry" and is located in Tampa near USF. This museum is a great interactive educational museum for kids. MOSI also participates in the Blue Star Museum Program that offers FREE admission to active duty members and thier families from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year.

On our third family trip to Hawaii we wanted to do something different. Travis already knew how to surf and loved it but Aurora had never tried, so we decided to take surf lessons with Ohana Surf Project.

The Rhododendron Species Garden is located in Federal Way and has 22 acres full of beautiful gardens to walk through and play in. It has many different varities of rhododendrons but is also full of many other plants and trees.

I've always been fascinated by Bonsai Trees and the Pacific Bonsai Museum is a fantastic place to see all different kinds and learn some history of how they started.

The Royal Hawaiian Luxury Resort
I fell in love with the royal Hawaiian Hotel the first time I saw it. Besides the fact that it is pink (my favorite color) is if full of history and charm. We finally had the opportunity to stay here our third trip to the island.
