Over 100 Elf on the Shelf Ideas
If you do Elf on the Shelf in your house then you know its a love-hate relationship. I love getting creative and seeing Aurora light up as she sees the trouble our Elf Mistletoe has gotten into. Then every once in a while its 10:30 pm, I've just laid in bed and while I'm trying to fall asleep one word pops into my head, "elf". My eyes shoot open and I hurriedly run downstairs to come up with some last minute idea to throw together. This will be our sixth year doing Elf on the Shelf, and here are TONS of ideas that we have done!

Visiting Fisherman’s Wharf in Victoria, British Columbia
This is a marina filled with brightly painted houseboats, floating restaurants, and even a houseboat turned gift shop. If I've ever thought about owning a houseboat, this was it. This would be the cutest spot to wake up to each morning. Speaking of waking up here, there are two AirBnB houseboats so you could stay at one of them during your trip!

Visiting Buchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia
Buchart Gardens is by far my favorite thing we did on our trip to Victoria. I highly suggest getting there when they open. If you brought your car it's about a thirty minute drive from downtown. If you're planning on coming without a vehicle there are plenty of tours that will take you to the gardens. Plan for at least a half day if not majority of your day in the gardens.

Visiting Kalaloch Beach & Tree of Life
The main reason we went to check out Kalaloch Beach was to see the "Tree of Life". It is a giant tree with the roots exposed. You can use Apple apps to get to Kalaloch Campground for parking but I used Google Maps to take us directly to the tree. Just type in "Tree of Life".
