The Best Instagram Photo Spots in Pike Place Market
Pike Place market has a ton of fantastic photo spots! Here are a few of my favorites and where you can find them.
Market Sign
This one is a no-brainer, besides the Space Needle it is one of the most photographed places in Seattle! There are two signs and either make a great backdrop.
Gum Wall
The gum wall is one of the germiest places in the U.S. but it makes a colorful (and interesting) background for photos. Find it in Post Alley right next to the market!
Post Alley
On the way to Post Alley and the gum wall, you’ll find this street filled with spray paint, stickers, signs, and ecletic writing.
Balcony Second Floor Overview
On the second floor (main floor) of the market in the middle, go out the door where all the handmade craft vendors are and you’ll find this gorgeous view of the water and the Great Wheel in the background.
Fish Mural
This spot is actually underneath the market. Take the steps down from you lookout photo and around the corner you’ll find this mural! It’s actually a beautiful mosaic with pieces of glass and rocks.
