Park MGM Las Vegas
On my most recent trip to Las Vegas we stayed at the Park MGM. This is a newer hotel as it was bought by MGM and completely renovated. My personal favorite thing about this hotel is that it is the only smoke free resort on the strip. Here’s some info on our stay and what to expect.
Park MGM
3770 S Las Vegas Blvd
Las Vegas, NV 89109
This hotel use to be the Monte Carlo before MGM bought it and renovated it. It is in a great location by T-Mobile Arena, New York New York and the Luxor. The lobby is gorgeous and has a focus on digital check in (though there are real people available as well).
Park MGM is more reasonably priced than many other hotels on the strip and we were really impressed with our room. It was very spacious and had two beds, a full length mirror, a couch, table and chair.
The mini bar in the room is operated by a sensor. If you removed any of the items it would automatically charge your room. Talk about fancy technology….
In the lobby of the Park MGM is a restaurant called Primrose. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend grabbing a bite even if you are not staying at the Park MGM. This is also the lobby bar on one side.

We split a bakery basket and holy cow, it was amazing! It came with a croissant, a chocolate croissant and a banana muffin. I also ordered the Brioche French Toast with chocolate. Breakfast is served all day at the Primrose, but not the hours daily are only open until 2pm.

In warmer months you can also dine at Primrose on the patio pool side.
We went to Vegas in January and so we thought the pool would be closed. It was not! They keep one pool and one hot tub open year round weather permitting, so make sure to bring your swimsuit.
The pool bar is open seasonally with concessions and cabana rentals.
Another area to check out inside the Park MGM is Eataly. This huge food court offers many different types of food in a food court style setting. This is a really nice upscale food court though. You can find anything from Gelato to pizza, sandwiches, and a wine bar.
