Kepokai II Catamaran
One of the most fun activities we did in Waikiki was a catamaran sail. We did a day sail on the Kepoikai II and enjoyed an hour sail with gorgeous views of Diamond Head, fun music and good company.
Though our sail was complimentary, all photos and opinions are my own.

The Kepoikai II offers quite a few different types of sails! There are day sails, sunset sails, snorkel trips and private charters available. We took a day sail with my cousin and her family (how crazy we were both in Hawaii on vacation at the same time). You will meet on Waikiki beach behind Duke’s for your sail.

You are welcome to bring aboard your own food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available to purchase on board during your sail also.
During your sail you will get some fantastic views of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and the ocean. Unlike other sailboats, you are allowed to sit on the nets during the sail on the Kepoikai II. Just a warning, you will get wet! It gets a bit bumpy too.
We enjoyed watching the kids get soaked and laughing as they were bouncing around on the nets hitting the waves.
The staff and captain were funny and made the sail really enjoyable.
