Fancy Farms Lakeland
This gorgeous family owned strawberry farm in Lakeland has started a new venture, and its thier prettiest one yet. This year, for the first time ever they have opened a wildflower farm. You can stop by the barn and shop for fresh fruits and veggies, you pick some gorgeous sunflowers and zinnias and pose for photos in the fields.

Fancy Farms is mostly known for thier strawberries but when summer comes, make sure you visit for the flower fields. The farm stand is open with fresh fruits and veggies locally grown. There are also some desserts made on site for purchase like milkshakes, cobbler, and ice cream. Fancy Farms is NOT pet friendly.
For more info view thier website HERE.
During the summer, entry into the flower fields is $5 per person which includes one sunflower stem each. Extra sunflowers are just $2 for each additional stem. If you’d like to pick zinnias (the gorgeous colorfull flowers) it is $5 for a large cup full. They will provide you with the scissors and cups with water for your flowers.
The fields make the most gorgeous photos. There were several families having professional photos done.
There are several photo spots throughout the fields, you just have to explore and find them.
I actually didn’t even pick half a cup full of zinnias, there were so many and the cup was huge!
There are tons of rows of sunflowers behind the zinnia fields. Some small and others as big as your head.
After you are done picking head back to the farmstand for a dessert and water. There are several tables and chairs to sit at. I grabbed a peach milkshake and some peach cobbler ala mode. Aurora had an ice cream cone.
