What to do in Seabrook, WA

Seabrook is one of the cutest beach towns on the coast of Washington. There are quite a few things to do during your stay and here are some that we particularly enjoyed.

Shopping is one of my favorite things to do and there are a few great small businesses in Seabrook to support!

Spa Elizabeth Spa & Boutique
Not only can you get a massage or facial, you can also shop a wide selection of beauty, gift, and personal care items in the boutique. I personally grabbed some eye gels and locally made lip balm.

Joie Des Livres Bookstore
This cute bookshop has books, games, coloring books, gifts, journals, and more! They also have the cutest kids area with nooks for reading.

Booklets Toys
This toy store has one of everything that your kids are sure to want! If you forgot beach toys, swimsuits, or goggles, you can also find those here.

Front Street Market
Just in case you forget something you need, want some groceries, or want to order a sandwich to go, head over to Front Street Market!

Magnolias
This womens boutique has some gorgeous clothing, shoes, and jewelry. You can find trendy clothing perfect for vacation or everyday wear.

Tides Seabrook
Tides has some of the cutest Seabrook branded clothing, accessories, and souvenirs. You can grab a cute tee to remember your trip.

Red Cedar Surf Co
Here is your surf shop in case you need a new swimsuit, some kites to fly at the beach, a skim board, etc. They carry brands like Billabong and Roxy.

Seaworthy Home
This super cute store is full of home decor, gift items, and chalk full of great buys. If you personally own a beach house, she has some really adorable home decor.

The Salty Dog
This fur baby shop has everything you need to spoil them! Treats, food, toys, and more. Its an animal lovers paradise. We grabbed Muffin a few new toys (like he needed any, no, but he loved them) and a bone. The owner was super sweet and glad to help us find anything we needed.

String Theory
This cute yarn shop has locally died yarn, knitting and crochet tools, and more!

Sweet Life
Sweets are my weakness and I had to use some major self control not to buy one of each candy item in the store. Here you can find every sort of candy from chocolates to laffy taffy and more! They also have freshly scooped ice cream.

Seabrook Cottage Rentals
The rental office has some cute clothing and souvenirs. They also have tons of info on things to do, maps of Seabrook, and can answer any questions you may have.

Snap some memorable photos! Seabrook has some really cute photo opportunities. Check out the giant Adirondack chair in the middle of town and the Bigfoot wood carving by Town Hall.

Get outside and have some fun! Seabrook has every sport activity you can think of! Soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle boards, a playground, dog park, tree stump playhouse, and more! Our rental came with the sports equipment we needed to go play.

Tryout Skim boarding at Buck’s Bikes
Here not only can you rent bikes, surfboards, clamming tools, wetsuits, skimboards, etc, you can also skimboard and boogie board in the skim pool! Of course the kiddos had a blast. I’m assuming this is a seasonal set up (we visited in the summer). It was $15/hour or $30/day for the kids to play and rent the equiptment.

Visit the horses in the pasture by the Farm District. This is in the back of the neighborhood.

Have a bonfire and make some s’mores! This is one of my personal favorite activities. If your rental doesn’t have a fire pit there are communal fire pits with wood located throughout the neighborhood.

Take the kids to play in the stumphouse. This cool play area was carved out of the old stump of a large tree.

Make a Gnome House to leave on the trail. This trail is located right behind the tree stump house. We brought all of our own supplies because I had seen it mentioned on another blogger’s post. What I did not know was the list of approved “building supplies” as seen on this sign (IE: sticks, leaves, wood, natural materials, etc). So we dubbed ours as “personal treasures”. If you visit, comment let me know if our house is still there when you find it! Hint, its a little off the main trail if you take the smaller trail on the left.

Take a tour of the town of Seabrook with the founder Tours take place Saturday mornings at 11 am, meet at the sales office.

Need to work off some of the ice cream? Hit the gym! The fitness center was closed when we visited, but here are some photos from the website.

Take a dip in the heated indoor swimming pool! Unfortunately it was closed when we visited, but here is a photo from the website.
