Funko Headquarters has a massive retail store filled with merchandise, photo ops, and a make your own Pop!. It is VERY popular and believe it or not, the line starts before the shop opens. I personally believe this is due to retail stores currently only be allowed to have 25% capacity right now. My suggestion is to get there at least 15-20 mins before it opens to stand in line so that you can be in the first group inside.
The line does wrap around the building. This line specifically is for the retail store. There are two different lines. If you are in the line for the retail store, it will take about an hour from just in front of the Everett mural.
There is another line that starts on the left of the entrance to the retail store. This line is specifically for making your own Funko Pop! Vinyl figure. This line was not very long, so I suggest making your own AFTER you have waited in line and gone in the retail store. The Everett headquarters are the only place in the world that you can create your own.
To make your own Funko Pop! you will ge to choose skin color, hair type and color, accessories like glasses or beards.
After those you will get to choose outfits and other accessories for the hands. When you’re done deciding you will be escorted inside to pay for your custom Funko Pop! ($25) and get to watch them while they put it together.
When your Funko Pop! is done you will be escorted out. You can’t shop in the retail store, you have to stand in the other line for that.
I made my Funko Pop! to look like me.
Once you get into the retail store, there are many different rooms and sections of the shop. Directly to your left on walking inside is a Japanese section. These include brands like Hello Kitty, Trolls, and more.
The rooms fully immerse you in each theme. This video game themed room is a forest full of stuffed animals, keychains, stickers and Funko Pops!
Funko has merchandise with all of the most popular TV and movie companies. DC, Marvel, Harry Potter, Disney, and more are all available inside the shop.
Funko also makes board games and activities.
We are HUGE Harry Potter fans so we loved the harry Potter area. It’s a mini Diagon Alley complete with all your favorite characters from the books.
We also love Star Wars, and they have a pretty big selection.
Finding the fun everywhere life takes us!
